Skill-based level 43 build. You have the almighty Rakuyo at your disposal, we all know how ridiculous this weapon can be. However, it does not have as much range, rally potential, armor, or stagger as the Burial Blade. Use the Rakuyo for single-targets (that are fast), and the Burial Blade for slower (and more tough) targets, as well as groups. Hunter Pistol will be the damage dealer and parry, while Ludwig is for pressure and space for you (it has the Tear Blood Gem, too). This build, in contrast to the Strength build I have, is not meant to be anymore powerful or better than it, but simply different. The STR build can still use it's guns regardless of weapon transformation, while the SKL build has to give up the guns for transformed modes. It's also not going to have as much HP or damage to compensate, either. Stamina is not an issue, either, considering your attacks don't drain much to begin with (if you're careful), although you can be more offensive than the STR build. You can pretty much guess the attire and name of the build for why.
