Hunter Tools required: Old Hunter Bone (to make dashing even more OP and stamina free); Beast Roar (really useful when surrounded or to stagger and combo in duals, can even be used to deflect projectiles like some Hunter Tools and guns *cough* Evelyn spammers); a random buff (Empty Phantasm Shell for an infinite buff or Fire/Bolt Paper to save Quicksilver Bullets); Bone Marrow Ash (to transform the Evelyn into a MLG or to destroy crowds at close range with Hunter Blunderluss) and Madaras Whistle (the only Bloodtinge oriented offensive Hunter Too) Lead Elixir can also come in handy against high damaging weapon with a lot of hyper armor or against gank squads, especially with transformed Rakuyo. Also, you can use Blue Elixir to finish off safely exhausted players during ganks, even more when you combine it with bone marrow ash and Evelyn. Notice that I have put 40 insight just for the fancy: remove it all and use Beast Blood Pellets to completely DESTROY your opponents with Rakuyo combos For the gems, just use 27,2% physical up gems
