This build is a lore accurate Lady Maria Build, made for BL120 PVP. The build takes into account Maria's equipment, background, and personality. Lady Maria was born a noble of Cainhurst, so she is a Noble Scion. She frowned upon blood blades and wielded an Evelyn in the boss battle. So the player should rush to Cainhurst in order to get the Reiterpallasch, a non blood Cainhurst weapon, and the Evelyn. You then proceed through the DLC to get the Rakuyo and Lady Maria's equipment. If you don't mind breaking lore then you can Cheese Simon to get SBB, which is a high damage skill weapon. 21 Bloodtinge is needed to make the Evelyn have equivilent damage to Hunter's Pistol, and Lady Maria did show that she had a decent Bloodtinge in her boss fight.
