Lower Level Arcane Build. Just outside of the meta range to be invaded by but within the spectrum to invade up to 127 as up newest regulation. Very good heath and a lot of stamina (this build requires a lot dude to dodging being very effective and the Transformed 'L2' drains a lot of stamina but this will make u able to dodge after. 'Loch's Shield' is good against fellow arcane builds and even Bloodtinge builds (VERY UNDERRATED). 'Hunters Torch' for light and extra switch up but you may replace it with Rosmarinus . Due to bullet consumption i would stick with The 'hunters torch'. For Tools id use 'Augur of Ebrietas' for parries and call from beyond for range and up-close use your transformed 'L2'
