This build is basically just a Plague Doctor-Esque cosplay. The two Blade of Mercys' will need to be equipped with Slow Poison gems and Rapid Poison gems individually. They will also be equipped with the consumable type hunter tools more then the arcane ones, my personal plan with it is: Poison Knives, Accursed Brew, Molotov Cocktails, Rope Molotov Cocktails, and the Blood Cocktails. Overall playstyle is meant to fit well with both PVE and PVP, and it is simply focusing on one enemy with the Slow Poison blades first to get them poisoned, then switching to the Rapid Poison blades to melt them down. The Rosmarinus is meant to be used to deal with groups a bit more. Finally my reason for the use of the Blades of Mercy is because they are the closest thing there is to looking like a Surgeon's Blades, so essentially this is meant to be an extremely crazy doctor literally cutting up their enemies with precision.
