This is just a meme build revolved around doing as much ranged damage as possible. You only have 30 VIT, in order to meet the BL120 meta while hitting 99 Bloodtinge, but since it's purely a ranged build this is somehwat acceptable. You want the Lost Bowblade variant ASAP because it comes with a circle gem slot, cutting your gem farming time down by a ton. You may want a gem that will restore HP slotted on your gun just in case you get low on vials and QS bullets. You do not meet the requirements for the Chikage, because this is specifically min-maxed for blood damage Bowblade. This is as close to a Stealth Archer build you can get in Bloodborne (lol). The Communion runes are to maximize the amount of shots you can take, since each vial = 5 blood bullets, with this set up you can carry 32 Blood Vials max.
