My favourite take on the 99 Arcane build, designed more for depth 5 cursed tomb raiding than PvP, though if you manage to find someone in this level bracket it’s very viable. 25 Str gives me some versatility in my weapons arsenal that I wouldn’t have at base, notably the logarius wheel, tonitrus, hms and various high req convertables like whirligig and LHB. The parasites and hunters tools are the real attraction though, I recommend using two, one with Ebreites or Madmen gems + 1 cold abyssal for maximum damage tentacle slaps and one with all flat damage arcane gems for max damage nuke. This build turns usually obnoxious dungeon bosses until cakewalks, and is very throughout NG cycles.
