The costume setup may not be the most 'practical' but it does the job and looks pretty cool too.
Scythe- My best strategy is two handed run at them and R1. You should be behind them and hopefully they wouldn't have blocked it. Mash R2 and you'll come sprinting at them and land about 650 damage with buff - they never see it coming.
Falchion- PVE, mostly. However it can be brutal in PVP once they're stunlocked. Give it a go.
Black Bow- I tried everywhich way combination and that just does the most damage with this setup. You could swap it for a shield but I never use shields anymore. Try get out of the habit.
Canvas Talisman- Best damage for less than 40 faith.
Wrath of the Gods is not style of play. Use it when they have that annoying little bit of health left while they turtle, or helpful against gangkers.
