Its a spellfist build. the such high intelligence is used because homing crystal soulmass does not get 5 orbs untill intelligence level 32 the high strength because the dragon bone fist has an s in strength scaling. the lingering dragoncrest ring i prefer because of the increased crystal magic weapon time but it can be replaced with the dark wood grain ring if you want to be faster. with this build you move at your fastest with high hp and stamina well still doing very good damage.
