Ok surprisingly not a lot of people know that havels shield heavy attack gives you a poise buff and when someone attacks you it knocks there weapon back (like iron flesh but you can still fast roll/mid roll) and this build take advantage of that after using the buff un-equip the Havel shield to let you fast roll the buff lasts about 20-30 second anyway switch Leo ring for red tearstone ring when on low hp and have a great day
