25% ninja-flip, notched whip/falchion combo backed by ascended flame + BBoP alts. 30 poise. Built as a skirmisher/harasser, the feature of this build is its relatively high defenses coupled into a melee dex build that does *not* focus on spamming a buffed rapier. That's done to death. The notched whip strikes at approximately a spear's length and stacks bleed; if you alter it make it the chaos version to leak fire damage through shields. It also med-parries so you're not defenseless. The falchion fits the bill for a good dex weapon, but could easily be replaced by the ubiquitous gold tracer for those who just can't avoid being the same as everyone else. You have 2.5 lbs to work with if you decide to replace the falchion. 45 dex for pyromancy is the best frames you can get, and 40 endurance will ensure you can flip to your heart's content at the maximum-allowed stamina.
