Very known build in Dark Souls community. Is insanely damaging, but at the same time, very risky setup.
Necessary conditions:
Being cursed.
20% of vitality or less to activate Red Tearstone Ring (you can use Dung Pie, and Purple Moss Clump at 20% point).
Cast Power Within
Cast Darkmoon Blade (covenant rank+3 for better results).
Explanation:
Power Within drains 1% of HP every second. Being cursed cuts HP at half, and the Dusk Crown Ring too. Then 297 total HP -> 149 HP. The Sanctus regenerate 2 HP every 2 seconds, and can almost null the Power Within drain. So, you can obtain a damage buff of 305% with DMB, but ANY attack even a weak one, kills you. Use at your own risk
