For causing mischief in the Catacombs, Tomb of the Giants and elsewhere. I recommend keeping a Dragonslayer Greatbow or Gough's Greatbow in your inventory and swapping it for your spear occasionally. You don't need the stat reqs on the bow for the knock back effect, use it to knock people off cliffs like the dirty troll you (and Patches) are.
