In total, you can regen about 660 HP a minute with replenishment active. So make sure you draw out the fight. However, you might want to get a second replenishment spell in NG+ or from some other method. The bow is used for harrassing not for actually fighting. It can poison them and while they heal the poison attempt to toxic them.
