It should be obvious, but Karmic Justice should be cast first, then Vow of Silence. The idea is to force int/faith builds into melee attacks, and hopefully trigger KJ before VoS wears off. Also, the aura VoS produces might be able to hide the aura KJ produces, but this is just a guess, as I haven't ever used these two miracles together before.
TCC could be used instead of Beatrice's Catalyst, but that forces more investment into endurance. Additionally, it would be unfortunate to accidentally cast VoS while having the TCC out, and thus screw you out of using VoS for the rest of the fight.
