So the fire Partizan will be able to wound both NPC's and Players and its wide arc will surprise people. The Eastern Helm isn't required (can't think of a good helmet that has same amount of poise but lower weight). Eastern Armor reduces bleed and slash damage. Black Robed arms reduce fire damage and poison. Dark Leggins have good poise and physical resistance. Bow is for ranged combat. Gravelord Miracle is for taking out gankers and if you're surrounded. Leo ring is to attack when you're least expected and the ring of favor and protection is just to help with health, stamina, and weight burden overall. Will take a while to get everything here.
