Get yourself cursed as well, and the +15 Sanctus will actually out-heal PW by a tiny margin. Throw shit, then bloom to get into tearstone etc. The 100 stamina is necessary to get of a guaranteed crossbow hit after the roar. Considering the torso stone uses exactly 98 stamina to cast, it'll leave you with a shard of stamina to instantly attack with whatever you'd like afterwards.
Feel free to add dex or str for the minimum requirements of any weapon you'd prefer, because there's a good bit of room left to play encumbrance-wise before midroll.

I don't need to tell you to two hand the havycrasbaw? Nor do I need to state that Sanctus doesn't need the faith requirement fulfilled to give you the passive heal, and that you can still invade as a forestbro (ring hardswap as you invade) or dorkmoon while hollowed? Alright, rad.
