1. The self damage using Chaos Blade.

33 or 35 Poise setup - Replace Giant Armor/Traveling Gloves with Knight Armor/Elite Knight Gauntlets or Black Sorcerer Cloak/Havel's Gauntlets.
Pros :
1. Extra 2.5 and 3.8 unit weight equip load on both setups respectively, adding tons of utility variety.
Cons :
1. Cannot tank one-handed greatsword and curved greatsword R1s.
