The paladin set+5 has almost as much defense as the havel set while retaining much more mobility. With the bellowing dragoncrest ring + 46 int, pursuers can destroy almost any boss fast. This build also has quite high resistances. You can also buff the balder side sword with crystal magic weapon, and you will be solid for anything. The only downside to this build is low vit which you can potentially trade out for the int.
