Perhaps it would be better to use Moonlight Horn (more points in hp, less in endurance or same end and better armor- higher poise) but I like it this way more. Landing crystal soulspear is crucial. Soulmass is here as tool to make that hit easier (cast soulmas and after enemy roll cast soulspear). Darkbead is great for maintaining distance. Power within is optional (good for PvE and for PvP not so important since dmg outpost is high).
