Though this build does have very high poise, 116 is poise suited to handle small weapon r1 spam , 116 will still be stunned on the 2nd swing from any ultra and 3rd swing from any large sword. this is only 1 option and within the basic idea of the build (which is 18int/40fth) there are many different approaches one can take
