Definetly not the most powerful build, but hopefully someone will have fun playing it. If you don't want to be a blade of the darkmoon or if you'd prefer to join another covenant then feel free to switch out darkmoon blade for sunlight blade, or just straigt up switch out the dragon bone fist for a divine cestus and use the slot left from darkmoon blade for something else.
Needless to say I tried keeping all spells within a Dragon Ball logic:
-Emit Force is your regular ki blast, sorcery might have looked better but at least you can throw it directly from your hands, and not from a stick;
-Wrath Of The Gods because explosions of course;
-Darkmoon Blade is more of a technicality to give a bit of power to the build, but it shares a decent similarity to the first spirit bomb, or the dragon fist;
-Power Within sounded like a great kaiohken;
