A clever fighter that takes down his marks through status effects rather than raw damage. The best covenant for him would be either the dark wraith or the forest hunters, the blades of the darkmoon would also be a reasonable choice if you're willing to make a few modifications in stats and weapons.
In a fight, keep your distances from your opponents and start by inflicting poison and toxic on them. When your enemy is trying to heal either interrupt them with the Avelyn or rush in to try and get as much bleed in as you can.
The Covetous Silver Serpent Ring is there as mere flavour (after all as a bounty hunter you want to get paid) and you're free to exchange it with a more effective alternative.
