Quick and dirty build for the guy that just wants to get on everybody's nerves. Intended to annoy people in NG+ so your level should be at least 50.
You'll need the Dark Wood Grain Ring as well as the Cloranthy Ring so access to the Darkroot Garden and the Great Hollow is required.
As for the rest of the items you can rush through the catacombs for the scythe, the eyes and to get to Vamos. Use of the Cat Covenant Ring is recommended, as you need to join it anyway to get the bodyguard to spawn for the Dark Wood Grain Ring.
For the Gold-Hemmed set you'll need to get past Queelag, but the spider shouldn't be too much of a problem for you.
Eyes can be obtained by farming basilisks so Covetous Gold Serpent Ring is recommended for farming. Patches also sells 3 per playthrough.
