Leo Ring + Charcoal Pine Resin + 2H R2 = Dead Player.
You also have insanely High Health, Defense, and Poise, so you can tank almost anything Physical related, ESPECIALLY Chaos Weapons. Green Blossom to off put the slower Stamina regeneration, and the RoFaP can be switched out for anything else, but having even higher Health and Stamina is really powerful. I would recommend the Hornet Ring, since you can Parry with an empty hand, and probably one shot some lighter weight characters. Also, it's bad-ass to parry with your Bare Fist, and it fits Tarkus' Character.
Crystal Greatsword +4 with deal more damage than a Normal Greatsword +15, so buy a dozen Greatswords and a boat load of Large Shards from the Crestfallen Merchant in Sen's Fortress, some regular Shards from Andre, and farm the Chunks from Dark Wraiths in New Londo Ruins. You can also get Slabs from the Dark Wraiths, so if you get any, make some +5 Greatswords as well, for extra damage.
You can buy Green Blossoms and Black Firebombs from Crestfallen Merchant, and you can buy Charcoal Pine from the Undead Merchant (Female) in the Undead Burg Tunnel. You can also buy Lloyd's Talismans from the (Male) Undead Merchant near the Undead Berg Bonfire, for those pesky healers in PvP.
The only reason to be a Dragon is because you become a Gray Phantom, but you can be in any covenant you want, I'm just going for the style points. Also, I never see anyone in the Dragon Covenant NOT use the Dragon Items, so I'm also trying to break the mold.
Have fun with this build if you decide to use it, but don't be surprised if get back stabbed by some naked asshole with an Enchanted Great Club.
