With PW and SLB active this build gets ~1000 AR, without PW it gets ~710, without SLB you get ~400. You also have ninja flip... and 1800 HP... and combustion... Basically it's the best noob vs. noob build ever (which suits me perfectly because I'm terrible at this game). It requires no skill at all to use and can't be whiff punished or traded with. You also have some of the fastest WR and WD in the game for use in your own whiff punishing. But like all PW/weapon buff builds (minus Rotten Falchion) it is hard countered by walking backwards with your shield up for 100 seconds.
