Pretty standard, although the no armor based poise might sound weird to some but that's why the doggo ring exists and allows this build to use essentially any weapon combination with a total usable weight of 22.
If you use a 6 unit weapon instead of any 16 unit weapon, you can remove havel's ring for whatever you like, offering even more ring flexibility.
The armor set looks pretty good on female characters. The dingy robe looks... off on a male character. Plus the thief mask is just a mouth piece for females and that's cooler than the whole shroud thing males have going on. In my opinion anyway.
16 attunement in case you wanna switch off the bow and use pyromancies.
Don't worry about being SL133, you can still invade people as low as SL120 but no one below that. You won't see any drops in activity. If you don't care about pyro then drop back to base attunement and you'll be back to SL125.
A simple, solid no fuss build that doesn't rely on super min maxing and headache inducing stats distribution.
