SL99 with 30 VIT might be too squishy so add 21 points into VIT to make it SL120.
Use MLGS for thematic purposes but enchanted Claymore does more damage also +15 normal Claymore buffed with CMW seems to out damage both. Plenty of options.
56 poise is a decent breakpoint to tank 1h greatswords and the first hit from 2h katanas.
And 50 int for a bit more damage but not entirely necessary.
