Aggressive Claymore combos while Havel's Shield buff is active and mostly defensive poking from either weapon once it runs out.
If you can't afford to trade a lot even with the buff, it may be better to put a resin on the rapier and play defensively anyway, like poking a full heavy armor ultra-great weapon build, the build makes no actual investment into the buff and holds it's own.
Also, you can probably use the Estoc to better effect if you don't mind min/maxing your armor more.
If you like ring-swapping, Leo might be a good idea while the buff is active.
