Same as before but 1 point out of vit into end and right-handed axe is menu-swapped in the club's slot instead, mostly just to finish things off.
You can still start out a match with the old setup if you think it will work better or if you like the look like I do, just 1 negligible point of vit weaker than version 1. You can also use a 1 weight shield, those also fit the look.
Flipping with a club takes quite some stamina, and with the buff you want to be aggressive but can't grass, so this version uses the grass crest.
I hate giving up fluid swaps but the left-handed rolling attack makes up for it's lack of reach and the 20 poise hits that allow for the large club combos make up for it's lack of damage.
I found myself switching to rh axe surprisingly infrequently, even without the buff active, so I made this compromise. It is recommended to swap back to grass crest as soon as you're low on stamina, you probably can't combo well without leaving yourself defenseless anyway.
One + is that you can simply spam x on xbox or whatever it is on your platform in order to unequip the great shield as soon as the buff is active, instead of swapping for axe. (This is an almost instant menu-action if you dismiss the menu with the start button)
The buff looks pretty monstrous with a rotten resin, btw. People are really just waiting out the buff, but it's fitting to see them run away from this character
I also forgot to mention last time that the thief's mask has the same weight as mask of the mother/child, I like to put on MoM if I'm doing arranged fights where everybody uses it. Child's could actually make up for version 1's problems as well as providing a boost when doing buffed dual-wielding, but I like my fashion too much and MoM is a great option.
