Stealth in dark souls sucks. That being said, you are a full mage in pve and a troll in pvp.
Lower level variations:
SL92
VIT 30, ATT 16, END 34 (fast roll without the second rapier), DEX 16 (normal rapier will suck, velka's is fine)
SL80
END 22 (change hands and legs for the shadow set)
SL<80
Reduce int and vit whatever you want. Use oolacile catalyst when low int, and keep int at least 16 for the rapier. This catalyst also allows you to fast roll with 16 end, so the minimum level to this build work is 18.
