Effective pvp twink cosplay of Velka, Goddess of Sin. Karmic Justice procs after you're hit 5 times in a short amount of time, meaning you can hide behind a 90-95% shield and it will still work. It also scales off of the mag adjust of your right hand item meaning after you cast it bring out the catalyst in your right hand and tank the hits behind your shield. It's optional to use RTSR but useful if you want to 100% one shot the enemy.
You can replace her rapier/tailsman if you want but I just like them for the cosplay.
