This is the bare minimum needed for a proper Aragorn/Strider run.
Typically you'd pick up a longsword as early as possible and use that until Anor Londo, where you would switch to the SKSS. Alternatively, you can put a ton of points into Int/Faith and use the Greatsword of Artorias, but I prefer the SKSS.
My suggestion for further development would be another point of attunment and 14/16 int and 12~ faith for some utilities. Of course, Vit, End, and Dex should go up to their soft-caps if possible. This isn't really a pvp build, so being optimal only matters as much as you want it to.
You could change your armor up when you feel particularly kingly and put on something like the paladin or elite knight chest.
Open ring and hand slots can be filled as needed, but ideally you would never replace the serpent ring with anything, except the other serpent ring, for lore reasons.
Starting gift is the pendant for lore reasons.
