This is a low-level build that could be used to help or invade as you please. Be sure to not upgrade your weapons any more than +4 (I stayed at +3 to stay on the safe side). For PvE summons, you can also switch to rings like the Ring of Fog and the Slumbering Dragoncrest Ring to make things easier.
For those wondering what the 10 Strength and 12 Dexterity are for, those stats are there so you can use the Estoc +3 and Shortbow +3 when you are PvEing (or +4 if you are feeling brave and still think you can bypass the weapon matchmaking system). You can also attune more Dark Beads and Black Flames if you decide to do multiple playthroughs of the game at the low level. The Soul Arrows and the small Combustion are just spell slots to fill for New Game, but those can be swapped out for the more powerful spells when you go to higher playthroughs. You can also use the Red Sign Soapstone if you want for more organized PvP (though you will be lucky if you even get summoned at that low level with weapons that lowly reinforced).
