Hypermode magic build, can use all types of magic. Level 138 is chosen to just be able to invade level 125 people, but you can drop to 133 if you want to reach 120 people by putting 1 more point into INT and dropping 6 points of attunement for 1 less slot.
Feel free to do anything with the spells, this is just a generic PvE/PvP setup. The leftover weight is to leave room for the talisman to be replaced by Velka's Rapier to have a melee weapon.
