I believe this is the single most damage any one attack in the game can have. If you can figure out something better, or how to add on a bit more damage, let me know.
Requirements:
99 Strength
99 Faith
Blades of the Darkmoon: rank 3
Darkmoon Blade
Power Within
Pyromancy Flame
Darkmoon Talisman
Red Tearstone Ring
Dragon Torso Stone
Demon's Greataxe, Crystal +5
Get low enough HP to activate the Red Tearstone Ring. Change to dragon form. Cast Power Within. Cast Darkmoon Blade on the axe. Use dragon roar buff. You now have the highest possible attack rating for any single attack within the game.
Darkmoon option:
ATK 1939/705/-/-
If you substitute Sunlight Blade so that you don't have to be in the Blades of the Darkmoon, you get slightly less damage, but still ridiculously impressive.
Sunlight option:
ATK 1939/-/-/604
