A SL 115 PvP focused build with 0 poise. Feel free to add up to 36 poise based on your preferences (and if you are even able). This build features the famous DWGR + Spear cancer combo, with Mask of Child + Grass Crest for all the stamina regeneration you could want as you flip around and poke your enemy to death as they struggle to land a hit. Did we mention the Leo ring for your +40% damage to thrusting (spear, rapier) counter hits? Speaking of your rapier, go ahead and switch to that after a parry or if you're gonna roll bs. Or just use it as a normal rapier finisher (Leo helps a ton here too).
There's also 2 Black Flame and 2 Great Fireballs with 45 dex cast speed if you really feel the need. Black set is used just cause it looks cool. Feel free to change to your preference. Mask of Mother can also be used, and Hornet ring as well if you really feel the need.
