Notes from author
-High poise, high defense
-Best used as a protector build in co-op, but not to be underestimated in PvP
-Unable to parry or one-hand, but backstabs frequently one-shot at this build's range
Using this build effectively requires you to only carry the Giant's set for quickly unequipping/re-equipping after being backstabbed or parried. Also important to keep a short ring list with flip ring next to steel protection to create distance after being backstabbed. Landing a hornet ring backstab is a death sentence.
Absolutely vital to mix-up attacks, especially against anyone who seems capable of parrying. Mid roll will strongly entice those looking for an easy backstab, quickturn rolling R1s are an effective punish. Much of the effectiveness of the build relies on changing an attack's direction at the last moment to catch players off guard.
Very tricky to win against a good opponent, nearly impossible to win against a great one. Crushes everything else to dust.
