The Scythe is an amazing dexterity based halberd that has no business being as strong as it is. 16 strength and 40 dex result in 501 AR, that's stupid good.
This build can deal every type of damage in the game.
Magic with DMB, lightning with SLB, fire with Quelaag's furry dildo and pure physical with your scythe. No matter what or whom you're up against, you can easily take advantage of their weaknesses.
I put WoG as a placeholder, GMB or Replenishment are also strong options.
You can switch the weed shield for the heater shield if you want to use a heavier main weapon, like the Flamberge for example.
That build can take on any other player at any SL without being at any sort of real disadvantage.
