Level 99, chaos blade PvP build. Going above level 99 I recommend putting bit up to 50, and if you want to use Grass Crest Shield instead for the stamina Regen pump endurance up to 49 (which is good to do anyways).
Chaos blade is extremely good. Dagger for the riposte if/when you toggle escape parry.
Black flame is your only spell, it's good. Kick->black flame is guaranteed when you have 45 dex.
If you learn to ringswap quickly you can also switch between your darkwood grain ring for good movement and wolf ring when you want to just poise through stuff.
