This build has enough points into END and VIT for the soft caps, and DEX for max +15 DEX weapon damage and for max pyromancy casting speed. 16 int mainly to get Dark Bead as it is fantastic against bosses (comparable to Crystal Soul Spear if you're close to the boss) and Great Magic Weapon to add quite a bit of extra damage on your +15 weapon. Also allows the use of some utility spells like Repair, Chameleon, and Cast Light. Combined with the Crown of Dusk/Crown of the Dark Sun, Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring and Oolacile Ivry Catalyst, even the Soul Arrow spells can cause a pretty high amount of damage at range for PvE mainly. I like Attunement at 19 which allows alot of options on your spells.
