The dark armor is to scare the beginner. The mask of the mother gives extra hp AND shows that this person isn't going to be nice. The ring of favor raises equip burden and hp. The fire estoc +5 deals decent damage and so does a short bow +10. Only go for backstabs if they leave there back open. This isn't made for BS fishing. The dark hand only blocks 80% of all types of damage but its very light. Combustion spamming can break beginners hiding behind there shield and deals nice damage.
