If you want to fast or mid roll with this havel build you have to go beyond level 120 to increase endurance.
Level 50 strength were the minimum requirements for his greatshield and dragons tooth.
If you want it to be more accurate lore wise you could add the white seance ring as havel was a bishop for the way of white and the description states that it was for the head bishop (which may or may not have been havel).
The build has been given great magic barrier and magic barrier miracles as the descriptions say they were made by havel who created them as he hated magic, especially done by seath.
I gave him the thorolund talisman to perform these miracles as he is a way of white bishop where all the way of white clerics at firelink in ds1 are from thorolund.
