Sanctus's Hp regeneration and the lingering ring will considerably slow down power within's hp drain. The great scythe with crystal magic weapon buff, power within, the dragon body's buff and the red tearstone (at 20% hp) will deal 1700+ damage each hit. Just try not to get hit.
