That would be my ideal high agility balanced faith build. Tons of uses of GLS (8 uses) because let's be honest it's the only thing you need with Sacred Oath. Saint's armor set to get a lower weight percentage. Weapon options to stay RP : heide knight's sword and/or spear (25 dex comes into play here) as well as cleric small shield or cleric parma. As you progress through the DLC and NG+ you pretty much only have left to lvl up vigor, eventually faith a bit for dragon chime.
