Here is the build I have most fun with, a few notes to point out: You can swap out the rapier for a Fume Sword and you get a powerful power-stance, however this removes your ability to parry so I would recommend adding a parrying weapon/ shield as well. The spells are just those that I recommend - feel free to swap them out, you can swap out dark weapon for flame weapon and profound still can be replaced with numbness, or you could change them all out. Now time to talk about why I chose the gear I did: The rapier is a fast thrusting sword, as well as having low weight it can also parry weapons negating the need to have a shield in the off-hand. The Majestic Greatsword has a great moveset when placed in the left-hand, I use it's devastating L2 instead of parries because it's so good. I would recommend pressing R1 first so that players roll towards you, and then hitting them with several L1 attacks, however it is important to ensure that you leave enough stamina to roll away. The Black Witch Staff will be infused with dark and is great because it can cast all hexes as well as miracles. Finally the Pyromancy Flame is the obvious choice as I would not recommend using the dark variant as that requires hollowing to effectively use. Finally I will suggest alternate weapons to use: As I mentioned before the Fume Sword and Majestic Greatsword are a deadly pair. For people without the DLC, any Greatsword can be used to replace the Majestic Greatsword, I recommend watching PvPSkillz's analysis on Greatswords.
