Choose your spells but keep in mind that this build main source of damage has to be the meele hits. Don't try to compete with a pure caster at range. And yes you are supposed to parry with that shield.Forgot to mention that the blue flame has to be RAW infused, use aromatic Ooze to buff it if you need it. You will have to farm lots of spices for this to work.
