Versatile Spellcaster build, not optimal for melee combat [unless adjusted for better health, or you replace the Northern Ritual Band (644 HP w/it, 1288 w/out)] With high Dex for poison bonus, and damage w/ Rapier when going into melee. I would recommend not wearing the armor set when interacting with NPCs, unless your goal is to kill them, then wear it around them.
