A Crypt Blacksword-wielding hexer is tricky without going into over-leveling territories but this seems to do. Medium-level hexer (40/40, with an extra point each added by the Saint's Hood - can't use Dark Greatsword or other demanding hexes but enough that it can use most of them) and half the strength of the Blacksword to be able to at least two-hand it, and the rest of other points dumped into miscellaneous things. 's about it.
