Min maxxed for pve, but good in pvp. Light armour with high equip load to roll fast and still have some phys def and poise. 40 Dex for damage with rapier, no magic scaling. Royal kite shield for 100 physical def and able to poke from behind stable shield. 40 int, because it soft locks scaling at 40 int. 50 int doesn't get you much more magic damage and staff of wisdom isn't that good. Soul vortex and soul spear combo. Soul vortex obscures your person to an invader so you can hit them with unexpected soul spear. 40 int helps with the damage. If you're going to pvp with this build replace southern ritural band for Royal Solider, Chlorthany, Giant's Ring, or Leo Ring. Use which ever, Leo is probably the best, but do not use socorcer clutch ring because your rapier isn't infused. If you're pvping take off soutern ritural band and use the following spells: 2 Homming Crystal Soul Mass 1 Crystal Magic Weapon 1 Heavy Homming Soul Arrow. You can use another crystal magic weapon, but the buff isn't that important if you have the leo ring. Homming soul arrows are tricky to avoid and do good chip damage, good for finishing off invaders.
